Warranty:
All Rf Matches (except the DSQ Match) come with a full 6 month warranty from the date of install (must be verifiable)
up to 18 months from the date of shipment. Since these Matches are re-manufactured, the entire Rf Match is
covered under the 6 month warranty.
Date of Install:
Every Match is supplied with a return ticket with its serial number on it. Fill out the rest of the form, attach it to the
failed unit and ship it to iMotion Systems. The serial number and date of install will be entered into our database.
What is not covered:
The DSQ Match is covered by the same 6 month warranty as stated above, except for the endpoint detector and
DIP PCB, they are not covered under warranty.
Excessive heat damage to the DSQ Match due to lack of facilities exhaust resulting in the High Voltage Fixed Caps
and/or the Tune Cap to arc and become damaged is not covered.
DSQ cooling fan failure or loss of 24Vdc to the cooling fan will result in the Load Coil solder joint to melt and/or wire
to break, is not covered.
Physical damage to any Match voids the warranty (Dropped, Taken apart/missing parts etc.)
The LoFAT Rod Cores are not part of the standard rebuild. Damaged cracked cores are not covered under
warranty.
Damages to other components outside of the Match or wafer scrap due to failure are not covered.
